Protect your purchase with the Jewelers Mutual Extended Service Plan. At Bishops Jewelry Gallery we are committed to providing excellent service and building lasting relationships with our customers. We stand behind our quality and craftsmanship. With Jewelers Mutual Care Plan, we offer extended maintenance and care of your purchase beyond our complimentary manufacturer warranty.When you purchase our Extended Service Plan, Bishop’s Jewelry Gallery will provide full inspection and cleaning for your new jewelry as well as covered repairs that may become necessary due to normal wear.
We Provide a 3-year plan and a lifetime plan at the time of purchase or with 30 days of purchase. If you choose the 3-year plan, within that 3- year time frame you are able to upgrade to the lifetime plan.
The Jewelers Mutual Care Plan includes the following services and care a customer may need, due to normal wear that a piece of jewelry endures. (This does NOT include Damage, Loss, Theft or Disappearance. See Jewelers Mutual Insurance for more information.)
- Refinishing and Polishing
- Loss of center Stones due to defective, worn, bent, or broken settings
- Ring Re-Sizing
- Rhodium Plating
- Broken, Bent, or Worn Prongs
- Cracked or thinning Band or Shank
- Broken Clasps, Bracelets or Chains
- Replacing Cracked or Chipped Stones
- Broken Earring Posts
- Pearl Restring
